| Order Filling Supervisor. Role The Supervisor – Order Filling is responsible for supervising all aspects of the order filling process. This includes releasing orders, pick, pack, ship, and replenishment. This position will supervise the daily activities of associates and team leads to meet production goals, maintain service levels, and resolve production issues. Responsibilities include employee review and development, input to budgeting, staffing & scheduling, interviewing, tactical planning, efficiency improvement, project management, payroll approval and productivity monitoring. Responsibilities Detail - Ensure all departmental areas are functioning while meeting production deadlines and staying within budgeted expenses. - Tactical planning for improving process efficiencies, reducing costs, and mapping the future development of the order filling department. - Establish benchmark measurements for efficiencies with the goal of increasing those benchmarks with process improvements over time. - Responsible for developing employees, interviewing / hiring, disciplinary action, team development and employee reviews. - Attend inter and intra-departmental meetings providing input and participation as needed. - Keep department managers updated regarding production and performance by updating production reports daily and through direct communication. - Maintain professional demeanor when interacting with associates, peers, and managers. - Maintain a safe, clean, neat, and orderly work environment. - Establish an atmosphere of open communication and mutual respect. - Ensure that all processes and work areas follow safety guidelines. FT position responsible for supervising all aspects of the Data Entry team. This includes all data entry which requires hand keying or processed in an automated manner. | Customer Service Team Lead. The Team Lead – Customer Service position is responsible, in conjunction with other team leads and supervisors, for monitoring all aspects of the Customer Service, Order Taking and / or Non Phone CS areas. This includes ensuring calls, mail and emails are processed in a timely manner, tracking attendance, and answering representative questions. The position will oversee and ensure all reps efficiently facilitate all transactions to ensure deadlines, service level agreements and miscellaneous issues are handled in a timely manner and with the goal of meeting contractually stipulated guidelines. Responsibilities also include opening the call center on the weekends and closing the center in the evenings and any other duties / projects assigned by the Assistant Manager – Customer Service. | Senior Programmer/Systems Analyst. ROLE Responsible for one or more core software systems, or major system component. May work alone, or in team arrangement with other programmer/analysts. Confers with user departments and Lead Senior Programmer/Analyst or Application Development Manager regularly to identify information processing needs and determines how the desired results can be achieved. | Marketing Account Manager. JOB DESCRIPTION: Good communicator with strong organizational and process management skills, an aptitude for accuracy and respect for deadlines. Able to understand technical information and present complex information in a clear, easily understood manner. Liaison between client and fulfillment departments.
