Paid Search Manager. Annie’s, a publishing company in Berne, IN, is seeking a Paid Search Manager. This position would develop and optimize paid search marketing campaigns and analyze performance of promotions. The ideal candidate will have a degree in business management or marketing, strong Web analytics and Excel skills and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the paid search field. The ideal candidate will have previous copywriting experience, a thorough knowledge of direct marketing, and a strong track record of writing successful direct-to-consumer promotions. Vice President of Marketing. DRG is seeking a creative, entrepreneurial-minded individual to be part of the executive team and share responsibility for achieving growth and profitability goals through existing programs and development of new programs. This position provides strategic and tactical leadership to consumer marketing efforts including magazine, catalog and continuity programs. This position will lead and manage both direct marketing and online marketing initiatives. This position requires a strong record of success in consumer marketing leadership roles, extensive experience in consumer direct marketing, direct mail and other sources. This individual must be a strong leader and manager with high personal standards, must be detail oriented and analytical, must have good verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Editorial Director. DRG is a successful, special-interest magazine and book publisher in Indiana with an excellent opportunity for an experienced editorial director. Our niche markets are craft and nostalgia. This is a senior-level position that requires an experienced, creative and strategic thinker; a customer and brand champion and a results-oriented editorial professional. This position reports directly to the VP of Product and will oversee all aspects of content, look and feel of our magazines and books, including creative presentation. Essential responsibilities include strategic management of individual brands, involvement in the creation of editorial content, supervision of editors, the development of new product concepts and growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of senior editorial experience and a thorough knowledge and understanding of the magazine editorial process.
